Clover Prep caters to multiple learning styles starting from age 2.5 to 9th grade. All classes hold a 1:5 or 1:8, teacher to student ratio. This ratio makes it possible for us to individualize the educational needs of our students and give them the best chance at academic success. We offer programs that meet 5 times a week for children who need more consistency and programs that meet once a week for students with a full schedule but still need a boost in Math, English or Science. Call us today to discuss the options available to you.
Unlock your child’s gifted and talented potential in this unique, hands-on learning adventure! Children hone in on exciting subjects, ranging from astronomy and biology to earth science and economics. Teachers engage children through experiments, role play, crafts, and more. During each activity, teachers promote skills related to communication, critical thinking, collaboration, and public speaking. Classes meet for 2 hours once a week.
Our multi-day adventure is designed specifically for children who are ready to take the next step in their learning journey. In this preschool alternative class we foster a combination of critical thinking, problem solving, reasoning, and public speaking skills. Your child will enjoy learning as they EXPLORE, DISCOVER and CREATE!
FasTrackids Preschool Alternative:
An Academic enrichment program for children in Pre-K through ninth grade, including Math, Problem Solving, English, and Reading, and Writing. Our program is designed to elevate each student’s abilities to the next level and beyond. JEI’s scientific diagnostic system pinpoints the missing links in learning and prescribes individual study programs based on specific needs.
Our gifted and talented prep course is designed to be a hands and interactive course that teaches the core topics tested on the Gifted and Talented entrance exam. This 3 month program includes a pre-test and post-test to measure progress and growth as well as a bonus class to review all topics discussed. Teachers are available to review student’s personal achievements and struggles after each class.
Mini camps consist of an academic morning of common core aligned Math and English classwork for grades K-2nd while 3rd-5th graders work on test prep materials that closely simulate the NY State Testing experience. Afternoons are structured fun where students learn about the theme of the week and work together to creatively execute a class project. Past themes have included the art of cartography, the cookie thief investigation, lost in space, and under the big top!
Clover Prep summer camps incorporate the perfect balance of learning, movement, and fun. Campers will increase their academic understanding of Math, English, and Science as well as improve their self-confidence and love of learning. Each summer revolves around 9 exciting topics that we focus our science classes on. We accept students from preschool age to 5th grade. Come join us in another summer of great fun and excitement! Seating is limited and we reserve spots on a first come, first served basis (deposit required).
Clover Prep afterschool accepts students from (select) PreK to 5th grade. Younger students (PreK-1st) start with homework help, move on to JEI Math and English tutoring, and end their day with a FasTracKids Science class. Older students (2-5th) have 2 hours allotted for homework help and are pulled out for an hour for a 1:5 small group tutoring session twice a week.
