Eye Level Learning Center Opens in New Hyde Park

Eye Level Learning Center Opens in New Hyde Park

On October 12, Eye Level New Hyde Park had it's official ribbon cutting ceremony after opening in September. The New Hyde Park location of this world-wide franchise will be open 3pm-8pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 10am-2pm on Saturdays, and by appointment on Wednesdays and Fridays.

At Eye Level, each child is assessed for their academic abilities, and a custom curriculum is created so they feel comfortable and confident. Instructors work closely with your child to offer personalized academic coaching and guidance in a fun and open environment.

Eye Level offers year-round accelerated study programs to help students from pre-K to ninth grade master skills in math and English. The math program consists of basic thinking math and critical thinking, while the English program includes reading, writing, comprehension, grammar, and fluency.

Both curriculums are designed like a staircase: there are 32 levels of study, each more rigorous than the last. In order to proceed to the next level, each student must pass a final exam.

All concepts and skills in the Eye Level program are interrelated. Mastery of basic foundational skills is necessary before advancing to more complex skills, resulting in improvement of a child’s accuracy and speed when completing more complex questions.

Students joining Eye Level for the first time will receive a free diagnostic test. This is used to determine a child’s strengths and areas of focus, which in turn helps guide instructors in creating a plan of study.

Eye Level's mission is to help your child build a strong academic foundation based on critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a lifelong love for learning.

Eye Level New Hyde Park is located at 1 Jericho Turnpke, New Hyde Park. For more information, contact 516-775-1000 or visit the Eye Level New Hyde Park website.
